After packaging pcopy, I noticed that you already have packaged it. I compared mine with yours and found some diferences. The size of your .diff.gz is 25613 and mine is 2605. You don't need to depends on coreutils. IMO, I think my package is slightly better. I just upload it. If you would like to be a comantainer, please let me know.
