I have created an experimental Debian packages for it, which is available at <http://www.janw.dommel.be/piklab.html>. Note that this package is not well tested and not linda/lintian clean. I don't know if everything works as expected. Reports are welcome. At the moment, I don't consider myself the right person to maintain piklab.
