Extremely minor nitpick: In English, the first letter of a sentence is always capitilized. Thus, the beginning of your long description should be "Mowgli is a devlopement framework for C...". (The short description, OTOH, is not a sentence, and so should NOT be capitalized. Isn't English fun?)
