Hi Gürkan, If you intend to package cadabra, you will need to ensure that somehow there is also a package for 'breqn'. I just received a message from the AMS informing me that this LaTeX style has just been uploaded to the CTAN archives in a somewhat improved and cleaned-up version, so it is probably a good idea to start from there. (The package which is on my cadabra web site right now makes use of an older version which is strictly speaking not compatible with Debian because of licensing issues not being spelled out explicitly; the new version is lppl licensed).
