Trent, Personally, I think d-legal is being a little over-paranoid in this case -- I can't find any files licenced contrarily to the clearly labeled LICENSE file in the root of the distribution. If you've got packages ready to upload, I say go for it and let ftpmasters reject it if they think it's "risky". Let me know if you need an upload sponsored.
