I'd like to request removal of phpGedView from Debian. I've been maintaining it for some years but am not interested in that anymore. As seen in this bug report there's been no interest in adopting it in 5 months. I don't think orphaning it will suddenly spur interest so removal may be preferred. The package has a low popcon score, there are alternatives available. It isn't in an unreasonable shape but security issues do pop up from time to time and it wouldn't be good to be released with lenny without a fully active maintainer. thanks, Thijs
