  RFP  If you are going to package this, retitle the bug report to
       replace "RFP" with "ITP", in order for other people to know the
       program is already being packaged, and set yourself as the owner
       of the bug.  Then package the software, upload it and close this
       bug once the package has been installed.
and what I have done:
  #ITP without owner, mixed owner and submitter
  submitter 480092 Timothy G Abbott <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
  owner 480092 Vincent Danjean <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>


Timothy submitted the bug, he is the _submitter_ of the bug. You want
to package linbox, you are the _owner_ of the bug.
