Hello,
I'm thinking of (re-)packaging ntfs-config for Debian.
See [1].
So far I haven't really tested the software myself, but I will do it soon.
The link to the modified pmount-package on [2] doesn't work, so I
probably won't be able to use external devices with ntfs-config, right?
Furthermore I'd like to know what kind of change of pmount it is/was and
if it could be added to pmount via upstream.
If not, it will be a problem for packaging ntfs-config for Debian.
No need to patch pmount anymore. It support ntfs-3g quite well now.
Anyway, if I do the packaging, I'd appreciate to get the
debian-directory you used for building the ubuntu-packages, because this
way I wouldn't have to start from scratch.
I thought that it was on the website, but it is not. Sorry for that. The
latest debian source should be here :
http://flomertens.free.fr/ntfs-config/download/source/
Be aware that i don't plan to work on this project anymore, since it
shouldn't be needed nowadays (ntfs-3g should be the default ntfs driver).
Cheers,
Flo
