Django Evolution is an extension to Django that allows tracking changes in
models over time and to update the database to reflect those changes. It
is similar to "ActiveRecord::Migration" from Ruby on Rails.
(python-django-evolution is being packaged as a dependency for reviewboard,
which currently embeds this code.)
