The problem is that I *can't* specify additional '-i' arguments to 'dpkg-source'; the man page explains “There can only be one active regexp, of multiple -i options only the last one will take effect.” I'd love to be able to tell 'dpkg-source' to ignore an *extra* file glob in addition to what it normally ignores, but that's not supported. So, rather than replace the default massive regular expression with a slightly-more-massive fragile regular expression, I wait for the default to be updated. (The patch is accepted, but is pending release.) If you're interested in the 'bugs-everywhere' packaging work to date (would you like to sponsor my upload?), you can get it from VCS with:: $ bzr branch bzr+ssh://bzr.debian.org/bzr/collab-maint/bugs-everywhere/be.debian/ -- \ “Patience, n. A minor form of despair, disguised as a virtue.” | `\ —Ambrose Bierce, _The Devil's Dictionary_, 1906 | _o__) | Ben Finney <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
