Yes, the same include that you add.... but, in fact, this include was no necesary in previous glibc / g++ versions, for example at Ubuntu 7.04 (feisty) the orig tar.gz compile without patch, but in debian etch/sid and in Ubuntu 8.04 (Intrepid), I need to add the include, too.
