SNESAPU is an SNES APU (Super Nintendo Entertainment System Audio Processing Unit emulator library. It's useful for writing applications that can play back SPC audio files. A direct link to the source is at http://alpha-ii.com/Source/SAPU300s.rar. I'm reporting this as an RFP for now. This is a library that's used in XBMC internally.
