Hi, The legal issue was resolved to the best of my knowledge, the blocker now is filesize of the urbanterror-data package, I believe there were plans to create a data.debian.org repository for large packages of static, arch-independent data, but I'm not sure if it was implemented yet. When its implmented the package can probably be uploaded after a few minor tweaks, as I haven't touched it for a long time now and there may be some issues in the current one (bashism, etc)
