Doh, mjr beat me to removing these:
Removed debian.fr.st - site seems down
Removed linuxbelgiumshop.be - shop not functional
Removed Belgium, above was the only vendor there
Removed opensoft.nl - Only sells Debian 3.1 (or even 3.0r3)
Added traxxnet.ch
Added dittaferrara.it
Added scimexico.com
Added sconto.info
Cleanup of country list - only provide within-page links to existing
countries.
Cleanup of vendor page introduction.
Added "Requirements for being added to the vendor list" to
vendors/info.wml
