legal/ index: add link to trademark page
rationale: even if trademar is linked from page footers, it seems
reasonable
to link it from the central place where we collect all legal-ish stuff
while I was at it, also take care of minor issues:
- uniform link naming dropping redundant "Debian" everywhere
- uniform case-ing
