NO! (sorry for screaming)
It actually needs about half a day or so to rebuild the complete page...
(not to mention the fact that there might still be bugs that only
occour if you rebuild the page from scratch although I already killed
much of them)
The remove_stale.pl script normally takes good care of removed files.
These ones were created due to a error in the Makefile and didn't get
caught therefor. This happens about, well, at most one time a year?

Can't currently remove it since I don't have my password for sudo here
at FOSDEM. Either Matt will take care or I will remove it Monday.
