The urls in the search results should be modified to escape ampersands.
For example,
<td><a HREF="/index?q=gcc&np=1&m=and&ps=10">2</a></td>
to
<td><a HREF="/index?q=gcc&amp;np=1&amp;m=and&amp;ps=10">2</a></td>
