I forgot: That does not work there. Ids cannot have nombers as first
character. Here is name="34".
So the issue might be worth a bug report against tidy. ;-)
Tidy complains correctly, it "name" is changed to "id", but it does
incorrectly, if there is a name attribute is inside an a tag.
I think, we should leave the name attributes as they are for now and
investigate that later. References have to be changed, too, if the
content of name is changed.
