http://packages.debian.org/libx11-dev then click on sarge, then click on arm, then click on the download link in the middle of the page How did you arrive on the bad link you reported ? through an external search engine ? By the way, please not as reminded by the packages.debian.org site that the right method to download a package on a debian system is to use apt or aptitude.
