I also find that the English version of http://www.debian.org/devel/debian-installer/News/2009/ has no articles, although there should be one item: http://www.debian.org/devel/debian-installer/News/2009/20090131 . Also, the translated version of the page above list 2008 articles with year part of their article URL set to "2009". Hmm..., is this issue related to the reported problem?
