I was unaware of this manual, and someone I was trying to help recently came across it after much searching, and found it much clearer than the documentation mentioned at
http://www.debian.org/doc/#manuals Since it is packaged in Debian, is DFSG-free, and does indeed appear to be of high quality, why not mention it on the above page? -- http://rrt.sc3d.org
