In short, please remove debian-user-german-FAQ link from the
debian-user-german web page since it is no longer available at the
linked location, not maintained and hasn't been updated in a long
time.

Janto replied privately saying it is no longer being updated.

Janto mentioned he contacted debian-user-german a long time ago and
there wasn't anyone willing to maintain the document.
