refcards.com (second link in the quick reference cards section). This
website goes into time out.

Resolving www.refcards.com (www.refcards.com)... failed: Name or
service not known.
wget: unable to resolve host address 'www.refcards.com'
The domain name is still valid, at least until 12 nov. 2014. It has
been updated the 13 nov. 2013.
If I remember well, the problem is not new.
I think we could remove the broken link from the page.
