Done, with some modifications.

This image is not appropriate, since it reports every Debian donations
page visitor to PayPal.

Replaced with this:

<input type="submit" value="Donate via PayPal" />

This is an explicit tracking GIF, which is even more inappropriate and
has no replacement, deleted this.
