If we remove books when they are too old (older than oldstable?), I
should remove 'ARMLinux for developers'. The book fits to the obsolete
category: the CD included provides Debian 2.2. (And the link is broken.)

Perhaps we should add a paragraph after 'Adding new Debian books'?
Something like:

### start ###
'Removing Debian Books'

We can remove a book if it uses an unmaintained distribution as
explanation basis (older than oldstable).
You can request the removal of your book too. It's useful if the book
become out of print for example. Please use the method advised in
previous paragraph to contact us.
### end ###
