Please contact the mailing list for Debian Junior about this and ask them to provide a patch for the website to update all the links to their new locations. Please also ask them to update the wiki pages about Debian Junior. I believe the Debian Junior project could use more people since one of the more active contributors retired so if you are interested in the Debian Junior project, I encourage you to get involved.
