Continuous updates on linux kernel

Good morning, today I downloaded the kernel update to 
linux-image-6.1.0-16-amd64, a few days ago to inux-image-6.1.0-15-amd64 
and a short time before to inux-image-6.1.0-14-amd64 which was then also 
removed from https://packages.debian.org/bookworm/kernel/

Is there any problem? Something we should know about?
