I just added my Mastodon address to my page and it is interpreted as an email
address.  I think that a pattern like @[a-z0-9]@[a-z0-9] should be exempt from
the rules about automatically making a mailto.

Also it would probably be good for the template for a user home page to
suggest addresses for Mastodon and Diaspora.
