We have a server hosting Grafana for monitoring key indicators used in managing the coffee shop, along with a PostgreSQL database. Debian is also used for an employee time-tracking system and for controlling the ambient sound system. Additionally, we use OpenHABian, which is based on Debian, for lighting control.
We chose Debian because it is 100% open source, has an active community, and aligns with our priorities around privacy and full control over our data. -- *Mario Santos*
