Hi,

Oldenburg's hackspace is using a VPN service to avoid legal problems
connected to a free wifi in Germany. As far as I understand it, the
VPN IPs are blacklisted, since they are used to add spam in the Debian
wiki. I wonder if the block could be changed, so that it is still
possible to access the wiki read-only.

This still seems to hold and with the new anti-scraper measures its 
become even more unlikely.

Closing as its unlikely there will be a solution.
