Dear Maintainer,

The Wiki page on programming languages,
https://wiki.debian.org/ProgrammingLanguage, is missing a few introductory
sentences describing what can be found on the page.
As it currently stands, it is a collection of snippets and links, in some
cases without a clear purpose. This applies to the BASIC and C sections in
particular.

Wikis are meant to be edited by users, please do. I've added an
intro line anyway.

Chris
