Alex, Branden suggests checking the amount of drive space you have free. This seems wise enough, though I imagine you wouldn otice the problem elsewhere. How about quotas? Are you running into quotas? Considering that something builds, I am imagining that it wasn't a problem for whoever built 3.3.6-11 (is that still branden? :) and is more likely an issue on your local machine.
