Ok worked perfectly  ! I have the missing file.

PS : I got a lot of mails from users (as I posted to Debian-users &
debian-users-german before) who have the same problem as me, and never
manged to get this combination (G550 Matrox and digital siganl)
working. 

I tired the matrox driver as well as the driver supplied by Xfree and
now the framebuffersolution .....
Still only console
