Download this:

You'll need a couple of dummy packages (xlibmesa3-gl, xlibmesa3-glu). For
that, "apt-get install equivs" then run equivs-build once for each of the
attached files.

Install (as root, assuming the same directory): dpkg -i xlibmesa3*deb
