it would be very nice, if ther would be an autoconfiguration like knoppix does it. i think many of the problem reports would disappear by itself then. mostly it is not absoluteley necessary to tune your x-server to your specific hardware, it is sufficient to get it working with clear fonts, and the correct res olution. __________________________________ Do you Yahoo!?
