Package: xbase-clients
Version: 4.2.1-3
Severity: normal

I've installed several machines recently, and on all of them,
/etc/X11 and the files in it were not world readable. This resulted
in Joe Random Luser not being able to start X.

Not sure whether I've mentioned the right package... I can provide
output of "ls -l /etc/X11" on request, but the file is on a
colleague's laptop who is not here at the moment.
