Package: xfonts-base-transcoded
Version: 4.3.0.dfsg.1-8
Severity: normal

Since the upgrade to 4.3.0.dfsg.1-8,
  xterm -fn -misc-fixed-medium-r-normal--20-200-75-75-c-100-iso8859-15
is unreadable whereas iso8859-1 and iso10646-1 variants look fine.
I have no idea what is causing trouble, so I file this bug against
xfonts-base-transcoded, but downgrading to -4 did not help.

Denis

It appears that xfs was installed; after removing it, everything works
fine again, so I guess that there was some misconfiguration on my side.
Closing this bug.
