The patch in

needs to be applied to unbreak PCI on ZX1s. As you can see, the patch
is non-intrusive, and obviously verified. The quicker this can be
applied so that PCI on ZX1s actually works, the better.

2) Please don't file bugs without checking the TODO list[1] first (in which
   you'd have seen a reference to this bug if you'd checked at the time
