I also tried downgrading to a 2.6.4 version of the kernel, and it is now
working fine, so it is definitely a 2.6.5-3 kernel bug, since I upgraded
to that simultaneously. In fact, now that I think of it, I restarted X
once after upgrade and it work. The problem only started when I
rebooted, so got new kernel. Should I report bug to the kernel package,
or will it get passed along internally?
