This deals with the following (man xterm):
veryBoldColors (class VeryBoldColors)
Specifies whether to combine video attributes with colors spec-
ified by colorBD, colorBL and colorUL. The resource value is
the sum of values for each attribute: 2 for underline, 4 for
bold and 8 for blink. The default is ``0.''
which was added in Patch #166 - 2002/03/25 - XFree86 4.2.0
The user can obtain the desired result by setting the veryBoldColors resource
to 4.
