The layout is set correctly (generic 105-key, UK). There were no layout options selected. Adding "Super is mapped to the Win-keys (default)." didn't seem to do anything. I see the problem with Emacs if I run it in a "bare" second X session. Would it be worth my trying the same with Sawfish? Tim Bagot
