Hmm.. this is a keyboard thing, not a display thing, so how could a URL help? xev can be used to verify the fix, of course. The bug itself has been reported already in Ubuntu and SuSE, though not in Debian, e.g. http://www.mail-archive.com/desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com/msg06568.html and other places.
