Since the problem occurs with Xorg, I should reassign this bug a xserver-xorg package. But, it looks like you're running the non-free nvidia driver. Could you try to reproduce with any free driver? If not, I am afraid we will not be able to help and you'll have to complain to nvidia. If so, the bug won't be nvidia specific and could probably be reassigned to xserver-xorg-core.
