Hi Sebastian, You reported a couple months ago that this lockup of the machine when running the nv driver on a Geforce 2 MX board was still happening with Xorg. Could you try with the latest xserver-xorg-core 1.3 and xserver-xorg-video-nv 2.0.2 currently in unstable? If it still happen, we should report this problem upstream.
