I have rechecked that now. Looks like one of the X11 upgrades has solved this problem. I don't have to set XPSERVERLIST in my user environment anymore, it is set automatically. So for firefox my xprint problem is solved completely. Be free to reassign this bug to mozilla/iceape, if the problem of the missing printers in mozilla lies there.
