Hi, Could you try the latest xserver-xorg-video-intel package (2:2.0.0-5 currently in experimental) and report back whether it fixes your problem?
Note that xrandr is meant to switch displays on/off so it might be "expected" that hotkeys do not work anymore :) I don't know about i810switch, I would rather not use it since it might have been designed for old i810 driver and I don't know how it interacts with xrandr.
