Hello, I tried Debian Etch tesing (20061025 compilation), and mi graphic
cards does not work correctly (3dfx voodoo 3 3000), I can not change the Hz
(Only 60).
I probed dpkg -reconfigure xserver-xorg, and with tdfx and vesa, the problem
persist.
In Sarge (xfree), no problem. And in Knoppix, 5.0.1 (uses XOrg and is based
on debian testing/unstable), no problem.

Closing this bug since I didn't get any reply from the submitter (or
repliers) after my ping about a month ago. If anybody ever reproduces
