I just replaced graphic adapter (from ATI to nVidia). I run, as always, dpkg-reconfigure xserver-org to change the drivers. I was confused by lack of some sections (Device for example) and I submitted the bugreport. Later I just discovered that there is no need for Device section as Xserver shall be able to detect a driver to load. Indeed, it works for xorg nv driver but not for nvidia proprietary one.
