I was going to report a bug upstream about this IDE device, but looking at the PCI database, I found that the above is wrong. 10780002 is "5520 [Cognac]", which looks fine. "5530 IDE [Kahlua]" is 10780102, not claimed by the cyrix video driver. So I don't think the cyrix video driver is actually trying to use IDE devices.
