Bug#541160: #541160 xterm: heap corruption when changing window size

Perhaps you could reproduce the problem with

  xterm -e "gunzip -c Xterm.log.gz; sleep 60"

and the attached compressed log file.

* Double-clicking on a "aaa...aaa" (*except* one of the first 5)
  selects the previous "bbb...bbb" too.

* Decreasing the number of lines of the window makes xterm segfault.
